Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for large furniture pieces. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

At NYRA, we prioritize sustainability. Our wooden pieces are crafted from FSC-certified timber, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure no harmful chemicals are used in production.

Do I receive a warranty with my purchase?
